Phillip Stamman

Phillip Stamman, a Minnesotan native, grew up in the suburbs south of Minneapolis. After high school, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Bethel University. In 2012, Phillip graduated cum laude (with high honors) from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After graduation, Phillip moved to Wisconsin to become a managing partner at Southworth and Stamman, LLC, doing criminal law along with representing the Department of Health and Human Services in child protection matters.
After five years at Southworth and Stamman, Phillip moved to Bay County, Florida to serve as a prosecuting attorney at the State Attorney’s Office, where he successfully managed over 700 active cases. Phillip accepted a position as a civil trial personal injury attorney at Perry & Young in August of 2019. At Perry & Young, Phillip provides reliable representation to injured clients throughout the Florida Panhandle in various injury cases. such as a soft tissue injury, spinal cord injury, and other injuries related to a Panama City Beach traffic accident. Phillip is licensed to practice law in Florida, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. You will primarily find him providing legal services to his clients at our Panama City Beach law office. In addition to Phillip’s academic accolades, he is also actively involved in various legal memberships in the area. Phillip is a member of the Florida Justice Association (FJA), Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), American Association of Justice (AAJ), Bay County Inn of Court, and the Bay County Bar Association.
Phillip likes to stay active outside of the office as well. When Phillip is not helping his clients with personal injury cases, he enjoys traveling, exploring, going to the beach, and being surrounded by friends.
